The Dell Remote Access Controller or DRAC is an out-of-band management platform on certain Dell servers. The platform may be provided on a separate expansion card, or integrated into the main. I have an R320 that the iDRAC bricked itself when going thru each update from 2014 one by one. Nothing listening on the IP, ipmitools can't talk to it. Can't find a way to force a reflash so going to give up on it, I guess. Everything else on the box works - except without iDRAC.
You can set up the Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) IP address by using one of the following interfaces:

You can use the default iDRAC IP address 192.168.0.120 to configure the initial network settings, including setting up DHCP or a static IP for iDRAC.
NOTE: To access iDRAC, ensure that you install the iDRAC port card or connect the network cable to the Ethernet connector 1 on the system board.
