Tested on a Huge/Marathon/18 civ game I had going where everyone is modern to information age, and it still takes 1.5 min + minimum per turn Tried on my desktop (pretty fast computer) and laptop (slow computer), dx9/dx11, both running win7 pro 64-bit and they took the same amount of time as before.
